Coriander Futures Decline on Weak Demand

Coriander futures prices fell on Wednesday due to low demand in the spot market. Speculators reduced their positions, leading to a decline in prices.
New Delhi, Apr 16 (PTI) Coriander prices on Wednesday eased Rs 70 to Rs 7,742 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid weak demand in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for June delivery declined Rs 70 or 0.90 per cent to Rs 7,742 per quintal in 140 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here.
