Coriander futures prices fell on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to weak demand in the spot market.
New Delhi, Jan 9 (PTI) Coriander prices on Monday eased Rs 56 to Rs 6,990 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid a weak demand in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for January delivery declined Rs 56 or 0.80 per cent to Rs 6,990 per quintal in 11,690 lots.
Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here.
