Coriander Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI
Coriander prices increased on Monday due to higher demand and a firm trend in the spot market, according to PTI. Futures contracts for December delivery rose by Rs 46 per quintal.
New Delhi, Dec 9 (PTI) Coriander prices on Monday increased Rs 46 to Rs 7,746 per quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for December delivery increased by Rs 46 or 0.59 per cent to Rs 7,746 per quintal in 9,810 lots.
A firm trend in the spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions pushed up coriander prices, market analysts said.
