Cottonseed Oil Cake Futures Rise: Fresh Bets

Cottonseed oil cake futures climb on fresh positions amid strong demand. December contract up Rs 7 at Rs 2,859/quintal.
New Delhi, Nov 18 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Tuesday rose by Rs 7 to Rs 2,859 per quintal in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions amid higher demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded higher by Rs 7 or 0.24 per cent at Rs 2,859 per quintal with an open interest of 20,110 lots.
Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants amid increasing demand for cattle feed influenced cottonseed oil cake prices.
