Cottonseed Oil Cake Futures Rise on Demand - PTI

Cottonseed oil cake futures prices rose on Tuesday due to increased demand for cattle feed, with speculators creating fresh positions on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Jun 11 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Tuesday rose Rs 24 to Rs 2,600 per quintal in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions amid a higher demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for June delivery traded higher Rs 24 or 0.92 per cent at Rs 2,600 per quintal with an open interest of 28,460 lots.
Marketmen said the raising of positions by participants amid increasing demand for cattle feed mainly influenced cottonseed oil cake prices.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for June delivery traded higher Rs 24 or 0.92 per cent at Rs 2,600 per quintal with an open interest of 28,460 lots.
