Cottonseed Oil Cake Futures Rise on Demand - PTI

Cottonseed oil cake futures rose on Wednesday due to increased demand for cattle feed and fresh bets by speculators. Prices climbed to Rs 3,056 per quintal.
New Delhi, Sep 18 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Wednesday rose Rs 10 to Rs 3,056 per quintal in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions amid a higher demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded higher by Rs 10 or 0.33 per cent at Rs 3,056 per quintal with an open interest of 16,110 lots.
Marketmen said the raising of positions by participants amid increasing demand for cattle feed mainly influenced cottonseed oil cake prices.
