Cottonseed Oil Cake Futures Rise on Demand - PTI

Cottonseed oil cake futures rose on Thursday due to increased demand for cattle feed. Prices on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange closed at Rs 2,735 per quintal.
New Delhi, Nov 28 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Thursday rose Rs 3 to Rs 2,735 per quintal in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions amid higher demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded higher by Rs 3 or 0.11 per cent at Rs 2,735 per quintal with an open interest of 18,880 lots.
Marketmen said the raising of positions by participants amid increasing demand for cattle feed mainly influenced cottonseed oil cake prices.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded higher by Rs 3 or 0.11 per cent at Rs 2,735 per quintal with an open interest of 18,880 lots.
