Cottonseed Oil Futures Decline on Soft Demand - PTI

Cottonseed oil cake prices fell on Tuesday, declining by Rs 15 to Rs 3,075 per quintal in futures trade, driven by weak trends in spot markets and a sell-off by participants.
New Delhi, Oct 22 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Tuesday declined Rs 15 to Rs 3,075 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their bets following weak trends in spot markets.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded lower by Rs 15 or 0.49 per cent at Rs 3,075 per quintal with an open interest of 20,320 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued trend in the market mainly weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
