Cottonseed oil cake futures prices declined on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to weak trends in spot markets and sell-off by participants.
New Delhi, Sep 19 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Thursday declined Rs 3 to Rs 3,047 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their bets following weak trends in spot markets.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery fell Rs 3 or 0.10 per cent to Rs 3,047 per quintal with an open interest of 16,190 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued trend in the market mainly weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
