Cottonseed oil cake futures prices declined on Monday due to weak demand in spot markets. The National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange saw a sell-off by participants, leading to lower prices.
New Delhi, Nov 4 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Monday declined Rs 5 to Rs 2,941 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their bets following weak trends in spot markets.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded lower by Rs 5 or 0.17 per cent at Rs 2,941 per quintal with an open interest of 18,510 lots.

Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued trend in the market mainly weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
