Cottonseed oil cake prices declined on Wednesday due to weak demand and a sell-off by participants in futures trade on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Nov 13 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Wednesday declined Rs 12 to Rs 2,942 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their bets following weak trends in spot markets.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded lower by Rs 12 or 0.41 per cent at Rs 2,942 per quintal with an open interest of 17,420 lots.

Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued trend in the market mainly weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
