Crude Oil Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI

Crude oil futures declined on Friday due to low demand. On the MCX, August delivery fell to Rs 6,556 per barrel. WTI and Brent crude also traded lower.

New Delhi, Jul 26 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Friday declined 0.26 per cent to Rs 6,556 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for August delivery fell Rs 16 or 0.24 per cent to Rs 6,556 per barrel with a business volume of 6,881 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.12 per cent lower at USD 78.19 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.05 per cent down at USD 82.33 per barrel in New York.
