Crude Oil Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI

Crude oil futures fell 0.18% to Rs 6,502 per barrel on Wednesday due to weak demand. Global oil prices also declined with WTI down 0.58% and Brent down 0.57%.

New Delhi, Feb 28 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Wednesday declined 0.18 per cent to Rs 6,502 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for March delivery fell Rs 12 or 0.18 per cent to Rs 6,502 per barrel with a business volume of 6,211 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.58 per cent lower at USD 78.41 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.57 per cent lower at USD 83.17 per barrel in New York.
