Crude oil futures declined on Monday due to low demand, with MCX November futures trading at Rs 5,963 per barrel. Global crude prices, however, saw gains.
Crude Oil Futures Fall on Weak Demand
New Delhi, Nov 4 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Monday decreased Rs 25 to Rs 5,963 per barrel in futures trade as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for November delivery traded lower Rs 25 or 0.42 per cent at Rs 5,963 per barrel in 14,027 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude was trading 1.83 per cent higher at USD 70.76 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 1.68 per cent up at USD 74.33 per barrel in New York.
