Gold Futures Rise to Rs 75,718/10g
Gold prices surged in India's futures market on Tuesday, reaching Rs 75,718 per 10 grams driven by strong spot demand and speculative buying.

New Delhi, Oct 1 (PTI) Gold prices on Tuesday increased Rs 107 to Rs 75,718 per 10 grams in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions on a firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for December delivery traded higher by Rs 107 or 0.14 per cent at Rs 75,718 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 423 lots.
Fresh positions built up by participants led to a rise in gold prices, analysts said.
Globally, gold futures declined 0.34 per cent to USD 2,643 per ounce in New York.
