Guar gum futures prices fell due to weak spot market trends and low demand. Traders offloaded holdings, impacting July delivery prices on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Jun 26 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Thursday fell Rs 102 to Rs 9,502 per quintal in the futures trade as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for July delivery declined Rs 102 or 1.07 per cent to Rs 9,502 per quintal in 42,405 lots.

Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
