Guar Seed Futures Drop on Ample Supplies - PTI
Guar seed futures prices declined on Wednesday due to abundant supplies from growing regions. The April contract on NCDEX fell by Rs 3 to Rs 5,415 per quintal.
New Delhi, Mar 19 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Wednesday declined Rs 3 to Rs 5,415 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for April delivery fell by Rs 3 or 0.12 per cent to Rs 5,415 per quintal with an open interest of 67,690 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
