Guar Seed Futures Drop on Ample Supply - PTI
Guar seed futures declined on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on Tuesday due to increased supply from producing regions.
New Delhi, Oct 15 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Tuesday declined Rs 84 to Rs 5,657 per quintal in the futures trade amid an increase in supply from producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for October delivery fell Rs 84 or 1.48 per cent to Rs 5,657 per quintal with an open interest of 50,425 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
