New Delhi, Sep 26 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Friday declined Rs 48 to Rs 4,958 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for October delivery fell Rs 48 or 0.97 per cent to Rs 4,958 per quintal with an open interest of 41,835 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
