Guar seed futures decline on NCDEX due to ample supplies from growing regions. December contracts fell Rs 13 to Rs 4,797 per quintal.
New Delhi, Nov 7 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Friday declined Rs 13 to Rs 4,797 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for December delivery fell Rs 13 or 0.27 per cent to Rs 4,797 per quintal with an open interest of 40,635 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
