Guar Seed Futures Fall on Ample Supplies
Guar seed prices dropped on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) due to increased supplies from growing regions.
New Delhi, Jan 31 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Friday declined Rs 30 to Rs 5,374 per quintal in the futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for March delivery fell Rs 30 or 0.56 per cent to Rs 5,374 per quintal with an open interest of 15,345 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
