Guar seed futures decline on NCDEX due to ample supplies from growing regions. December contracts fell to Rs 4,695 per quintal.
New Delhi, Nov 12 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Wednesday declined Rs 18 to Rs 4,695 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for December delivery fell Rs 18 or 0.38 per cent to Rs 4,695 per quintal with an open interest of 49,050 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
