IIM Nagpur & WCL Partner for Management Programs

Mumbai, Jul 17 (PTI) The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur and Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) on Thursday entered into a strategic partnership to foster professional excellence within WCL through a series of customised Management Development Programmes (MDPs).

"This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) marks a strategic step in advancing leadership excellence in India's core sectors. IIM Nagpur is committed to nurturing visionary leaders, and our collaboration with WCL reflects our shared mission of driving innovation and sustainable growth through executive education." IIM Nagpur director Dr Bhimaraya Metri said in a statement.
These Management Development Programmes will focus on key areas such as Strategy, Leadership, Human Resource Development, and Organizational Management, with the objective of enhancing managerial capabilities and preparing leaders for the future challenges of the energy sector.
