New Delhi, Jul 22 (PTI) Transformer maker Marsons has appointed Harshvardhan Kotia as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
His appointment is effective July 22, 2025, Marsons said in an exchange filing.
The Board of Directors of the company has approved the appointment of Kotia as CEO, it said.
Marsons is into manufacturing of various types of distribution and power transformers.
