Pritika Auto Industries begins production of tractor components for a multinational brand, adding Rs 20 crore annually to its order book. The partnership is expected to generate significant revenue in the coming years.

New Delhi, Jan 22 (PTI) Tractor component maker Pritika Auto Industries on Wednesday said it started production for a "multinational" tractor manufacturer and the venture is expected to add around Rs 20 crore annually to its existing order book.
The initial order encompasses critical components such as case (hyd. cylinder), bracket top link, block (hyd), and tube cylinder, marking a crucial step in Pritika Auto's strategic growth trajectory, according to a statement.
This new business venture is projected to generate substantial revenue, contributing an estimated Rs 20 crore annually to the company's existing order book, Pritika Auto said.
Moreover, the long-term outlook for this partnership is highly promising, with an anticipated cumulative order value ranging from Rs 80 crore to Rs 100 crore over the next four to five years, it said.
"The commencement of commercial production for this significant order from a leading tractor manufacturer is a testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered components that exceed industry standards," said Harpreet S Nibber, Managing Director of Pritika Auto Industries.
Pritika Auto boasts a stable credit rating from CARE Ratings Ltd and has recently undertaken a rights issue of up to Rs 49.90 crore to fund expansion plans and reduce debt.
The manufacturer of precision-engineered components for tractor and heavy commercial vehicle industries in north India has long-standing relationships with major original equipment makers including Escorts Kubota, TAFE Motors & Tractors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Ashok Leyland.
