Sheraton Grand Chennai Appoints New Director of Operations

Chennai, Aug 9 (PTI) Hospitality service provider Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, Mahabalipuram has appointed Deewan Singh Dhami as its Director of Operations with immediate effect.


Prior to the new responsibility, he worked with The Westin, Gurgaon as its Director, Food and Beverages section.


With 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role, the company said in a statement on Friday.


"We are excited to welcome Deewan Singh Dhami to our Sheraton family. His impressive track record and comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality align perfectly with our commitment to excellence," said Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, Mahabalipuram General Manager Saptarshi Biswas.


"Given his extensive experience in operations, we are confident that Deewan will play a crucial role in further elevating our guest experiences and driving operational procedures," he added.
