Silver Futures Fall Rs 711; Price at Rs 1,06,048/kg

Silver prices declined by Rs 711 per kg to Rs 1,06,048 on Tuesday due to reduced bets by participants. Global silver futures also saw a slight dip.
New Delhi, Jun 24 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday declined Rs 711 to Rs 1,06,048 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for July delivery decreased by Rs 711 or 0.67 per cent to Rs 1,06,048 per kilogram in a business turnover of 12,020 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels in the market mainly weighed on silver prices.
Globally, silver futures was trading 0.03 per cent lower at USD 36.10 per ounce in New York.
