Silver Futures Plunge Nearly 3% to Rs 91,913/kg

Silver prices in India fell sharply on Wednesday, driven by reduced investor bets. Silver futures for December delivery closed at Rs 91,913 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Nov 6 (PTI) Silver prices on Wednesday fell nearly 3 per cent to Rs 91,913 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery declined Rs 2,735 or 2.89 per cent to Rs 91,913 per kg in a business turnover of 23,564 lots.
Globally, silver was trading 3.37 per cent lower at USD 31.67 per ounce in New York.
