Silver Futures Plunge: Prices Drop to Rs 71,714/kg - PTI

Silver prices fell on Thursday, driven by reduced participant bets. MCX silver contracts for March delivery declined by Rs 533 to Rs 71,714 per kg. Global silver prices also dropped.
New Delhi, Feb 1 (PTI) Silver prices on Thursday fell Rs 533 to Rs 71,714 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March delivery declined by Rs 533 or 0.74 per cent to Rs 71,714 per kg in a business turnover of 24,353 lots.
Globally, silver was trading 0.71 per cent lower at USD 23.01 per ounce in New York.
