Silver Futures Surge on Spot Demand - PTI News

Silver prices jumped on Tuesday due to increased spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery rose by Rs 519, or 0.57 per cent, to Rs 91,238 per kg.
New Delhi, Oct 1 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday jumped Rs 519 to Rs 91,238 per kilogram as participants widened their bets on a firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery increased Rs 519 or 0.57 per cent to Rs 91,238 per kg in a business turnover of 1,328 lots.
Globally, silver was trading 0.70 per cent higher at USD 31.37 per ounce in New York.
