Zinc prices fell 0.22% on Wednesday, driven by weak demand and negative cues from the spot market. Speculators reduced their exposure, leading to lower prices on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Feb 5 (PTI) Zinc prices on Wednesday fell 0.22 per cent to Rs 269.10 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure, tracking negative cues from the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for February delivery traded 60 paise or 0.22 per cent lower at Rs 269.10 per kg in 426 lots.
