Zinc Futures Decline on Weak Demand - PTI

Zinc futures prices fell 0.32% on Friday to Rs 250.35 per kg due to weak demand from consuming industries, according to PTI.
New Delhi, May 9 (PTI) Zinc prices on Friday fell 0.32 per cent to Rs 250.35 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure, tracking negative cues from the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for June delivery traded lower by 80 paise or 0.32 per cent at Rs 250.35 per kg in 592 lots.
Analysts said the trimming of positions by participants owing to slackened demand from consuming industries in the physical market mainly weighed on zinc prices.
