Sebi Settles Case with Gurpreet Singh Dhillon Over Venture Capital Fund Rule Violation

Gurpreet Singh Dhillon, former director of Vistaar Religare Media Fund, has settled a Sebi case involving alleged non-winding up of the fund's scheme. Dhillon paid Rs 37 lakh to settle the matter.
