Sundram Fasteners Promoter Sells 1.57% Stake for Rs 434 Cr

TVS Sundram Fasteners has sold a 1.57% stake in Sundram Fasteners for Rs 434 crore via an open market transaction. SBI Mutual Fund and Nippon India MF increased their stakes in the company.
