Copper futures decline Rs 63.15 to Rs 1,230/kg on MCX due to reduced positions and muted domestic demand. Analysts cite lower bets.
New Delhi, Feb 1 (PTI) Copper futures on Sunday fell Rs 63.15 to Rs 1,230 per kilogram as participants reduced their positions amid muted demand in the domestic market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper futures for the February contract eased by Rs 63.15, or 4.88 per cent, to Rs 1,230 per kilogram in a business turnover of 14,625 lots.


Analysts attributed the decline in copper prices to lower bets by participants. PTI DR DR BAL
