Copper Futures Rise on Demand | PTI

Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange surged 0.3% to Rs 710.45 per kg, driven by increased spot demand and bullish sentiment.
New Delhi, Dec 7 (PTI) Copper prices on Thursday rose 0.3 per cent to Rs 710.45 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in December traded higher by Rs 2.10 or 0.09 per cent at Rs 710.45 per kg in a business turnover of 5,719 lots.

Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
