Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI

Copper prices rose 0.41% on Wednesday to Rs 861.70 per kilogram in the futures market due to increased spot demand. Analysts attribute the rise to higher bets by participants.
New Delhi, Jun 12 (PTI) Copper prices on Wednesday rose 0.41 per cent to Rs 861.70 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in June traded higher Rs 3.55 or 0.41 per cent at Rs 861.70 per kg in a business turnover of 6,516 lots.

Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
