Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI

Copper prices rose 0.07% on Wednesday to Rs 735.25 per kg in the futures market, driven by increased spot demand. Read more on the rise in copper futures.
New Delhi, Jan 31 (PTI) Copper prices on Wednesday rose 0.07 per cent to Rs 735.25 per kilogram in the futures market on the back of higher spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in February traded higher by 50 paise or 0.07 per cent at Rs 735.25 per kg in a business turnover of 4,612 lots.

Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to the raising of bets by participants.
