Copper Futures Rise on Spot Demand - PTI
Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) climbed 0.48% to Rs 873.05 per kg on Friday, driven by increased spot demand. Analysts attribute the rise to higher bets by participants.
New Delhi, Feb 14 (PTI) Copper futures on Friday rose 0.48 per cent to Rs 873.05 per kilogram on the back of higher spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for March delivery climbed Rs 4.15 or 0.48 per cent to Rs 873.05 per kg in a business turnover of 2,644 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
