Cottonseed Oil Cake Futures Rise on Demand

Cottonseed oil cake futures climb on fresh bets amid rising demand for cattle feed. December contract details inside.
New Delhi, Oct 15 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Wednesday rose Rs 3 to Rs 2,905 per quintal in futures trade as speculators created fresh positions amid higher demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded higher Rs 3 or 0.10 per cent at Rs 2,905 per quintal with an open interest of 15,290 lots.
Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants amid increasing demand for cattle feed mainly influenced cottonseed oil cake prices.
