Cottonseed oil cake futures prices declined on Tuesday due to weak trends in spot markets. Participants reduced their bets on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Nov 12 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Tuesday declined Rs 12 to Rs 2,968 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their bets following weak trends in spot markets.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for December delivery traded lower by Rs 12 or 0.40 per cent at Rs 2,968 per quintal with an open interest of 17,930 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued trend in the market mainly weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
