Zinc Futures Surge on Strong Demand | PTI

New Delhi, Jun 10 (PTI) Zinc prices on Monday rose Rs 2.10 to Rs 252.60 per kilogram in the futures trade amid a pick up in spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for June delivery traded higher Rs 2.10 or 0.84 per cent at Rs 252.60 per kg with a business turnover of 3,434 lots.
Marketmen said the widening of positions by participants, following a pick-up in demand from consuming industries kept zinc prices higher in the futures trade.
