RBI Approves NICBL Merger with Saraswat Bank

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approves the merger of New India Co-operative Bank Ltd (NICBL) with Saraswat Co-operative Bank, effective August 4th. Saraswat Bank will assume all assets and liabilities.
