Temasek acquires a 10% stake in Haldiram Snacks Food, India's largest packed snack company, at a valuation of $10 billion. The investment will fuel expansion plans.

Haldiram Snacks will invest Rs 300 crore in Bihar to set up a manufacturing unit for sweets, namkeens and snacks. The plant will be operational by mid-2027.

Three firms, including Alpha Wave Global, Blackstone, and Bain Capital, are vying to acquire a minority stake in India's largest snack and sweets company, Haldiram Snacks Food.
