3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2015, has appointed Ms. Sarojini Dikhale as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company. With the appointment of Ms. Dikhale on the Board, the Company has also complied with the clause 49 requirement of having a Woman Director on the Board.
