Infraquest International Ltd has informed BSE that the Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider:<BR><BR>- Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016 and Limited Review report thereon;<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and Report Trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the above reason and for specified persons from February 07, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (inclusive of both days).
