Jeypore Sugar Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have met on May 29, 2015 to consider the Audited Accounts of the company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and other subject matters. After some discussions the Directors sought clarifications and additional information for detailed discussions on the accounts. Hence they decided to the adjourned the meeting and meet again on June 04, 2015 to consider the audited financial results and other pending matters.
