Disclosure regarding demand notice dated 29th February, 2024 for the Financial Year 2018-19 and 2019-20 received by the Company from Goods and Service Tax Department (GST) on 21st March, 2024 for an amount of INR 8,90,22,512/- including penalties for the FY 2018-19 and 2019-20 and interest for the FY 2019-20. Further, interest on wrongly and excess availed ITC to be calculated for the FY 2018-19 at appropriate rate under Section 50(3) of the CGST Act, 2017 read with identical provisions of Sikkim GST Act, 2017 read with Section 20 of the IGST Act, 2017.
