| A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations, 2015 trading window period, the "trading window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance of the Company's "code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from May 20, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours after the Audited Standalone & Consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter (Q4) & Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016 are approved by the Board and made public. | |
