| A2Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Ltd has informed BSE that for disclosure of applicable trading window period, the "trading window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company in accordance with Clause 10 of the Companys Code of internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of insider trading from February 06, 2014 till the completion of 24 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended on December 31, 2013 are approved by the Board and made public. | |
